Sempera answers the phone for small businesses that lose money every time a call goes to voicemail. A restaurant on a Friday night, a salon with one person at the desk, a plumber under a sink at two in the afternoon. The call still gets answered, the booking still gets made, and the owner gets a text saying what happened.
What we actually do
We are not a platform and we are not asking you to build anything. We configure a phone agent for your business, point it at your website so it learns your hours, services, and prices, and you forward your number to it. Most businesses are answering calls the same day.
The voice models underneath are not ours. We license a platform that has spent years on the hard parts, latency, interruption handling, telephony, and we do the part it does not: knowing what a Canadian small business actually needs said on a phone call, and setting it up so the owner never has to think about it again. When we quote a security certification, it belongs to that platform rather than to us, and we say so.
Where we are
Early. Sempera is pre-launch. We are not going to put invented customer logos or a fabricated revenue figure on this page, and if you are reading it before we have said otherwise, you would be among the first businesses we work with. That is worth knowing before you book a call, so it is here rather than buried.

How we charge
A flat monthly plan with call minutes included, from $129 to $599 a month in Canadian dollars, excluding HST. Go over your minutes and the extra ones are billed at a flat rate rather than your agent being cut off mid-call. No setup fee, and you can cancel any time.
